Steelwood Property Company is a privately-held real estate investment, development, and brokerage company based out of Austin, Texas. Since its formation in 2002, Steelwood has focused its efforts on the Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas-Fort Worth real estate markets. Steelwood pursues investments and developments in the multi-family industry ranging from value-add repositions to ground-up apartment developments.

Steelwood’s strategic partnership with BBCWO Developers LP aligns its interest with Dallas-based Beucler Properties (www.beuclerproperties.com) and San Antonio-based White-Conlee Builders. Together the three parties co-invest and develop Class A apartment communities in the Austin and Dallas metropolitan areas. White-Conlee Builders is a privately held real estate development firm focusing on multi-family projects in core Texas markets. Founded by John White and Tom Conlee, White-Conlee’s expertise in multi-family development and construction goes beyond both partners’ construction backgrounds. With over 60 years of combined experience in the business, Mr. White and Mr. Conlee bring a level of quality, integrity, and attention to detail expected by industry veterans. Founded by Michael Beucler and Reid Beucler, Beucler Properties is a privately held commercial real estate investment firm utilizing a value-creation strategy within core U.S. markets which assists in the financing of all BBCWO ventures. With vast experience in multifamily, self storage, retail, medical offices and land development and redevelopment, Beucler Properties has a total projected market capitalization in excess of $500 million.
